Fran Owens, CSJ Associate

Fran was a vowed member of the CSJ Community from 1943-1976 (Sister Anne Raphael). As a vowed member and now as a CSJ Associate, she embodies the CSJ charism.  Her life is one of sharing and caring for others. She brings joy to others when their quota is used up. She has given in ministry to others all these many years and jubilee is the time to celebrate this milestone! Fran lives in San Diego, CA
