Michele Towne, CSJ Associate
A wife, mother and
grandmother, Michele was introduced to the CSJ community when she began her
teaching career at St. Patrick School in Pasco, Washington. It was here working
with the Sisters of St. Joseph, that she learned to relax and enjoy her students.
Michele became drawn to the CSJ Associate program by “the Spirit within calling me to seek companionship in my
spiritual journey.” Michele shares that along the way she found that the “true
call is to love,” and she is grateful for the opportunity to share in the CSJ
charism. “Jubilee is a celebration of God’s goodness and graciousness. I see my
life as “always moving toward love of God and love of neighbor without
distinction.” I try to live the CSJ charism each day in my classroom where I
teach teen parents at an alternatve school in Pasco. They are my “dear
neighbors” and I have the great privilege of loving and serving them.
